The guest hereby acknowledges that all and every loss/damage occasioned to the room and/or its contents let to them will be their sole responsibility 
and they hereby indemnify the proprietors against such loss/damage. This loss could include loss of income suffered by the proprietor if the damage 
caused by the guest results in the room not being able to be used. Smoking in rooms and on balconies is considered to be damage and a cleaning surcharge will be charged to your account.

* Two to Three night minimum stays. 
Two Night Minimum stay applies to Long Weekends. 
Three Night Minimum stay applies to Easter & Xmas Breaks.

Pets/Animals are not permitted on this property. (Health Regulations Apply)

Payment Policy

Credit Card Details are required for the Online Booking Website (LittleHotelier) this is to Process and Confirm your reservation. 

NO Deposit or Payment is taken from your card details at that time.

Full Payment of your reservation is required on ARRIVAL on your check in date.

Group Bookings

Reservations & Deposit Requirements 
Credit Card details for a Group booking and a deposit of 50% is required upon booking to confirm and hold reservations.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations inside of 24 hours of check in date will incur a charge of the full price of the booking.

Public holidays and special events 
cancellation inside 72 hours of check in date will incur a charge of the full price of the booking.
